Who we are

GeezGlobalConnect is a UAE free-zone-registered language access company supplying interpreters in Amharic, Oromo, Tigrinya, and Somali. This policy covers the information we collect through this website — it does not cover information handled by our clients or partners once an interpreting engagement is underway.

What we collect

We collect information you submit directly to us through two forms:

• Contact form — name, organization, email, the language(s) and mode you need, and your message.
• Interpreter application — name, email, phone number, years of experience, language pairs, availability, and the resume file you upload.

We do not currently use cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics scripts on this site. If that changes, we'll update this policy first.

How we use it

We use the information you submit only to respond to your inquiry or interpreter application — for example, to follow up about a request for interpreting services, or to evaluate and contact you about joining our interpreter roster. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Third-party processors

Form submissions are emailed directly to our own inbox — we don't use a third-party form-delivery service. Our site is hosted on Vercel, which processes standard web server logs (such as IP address and request metadata) as part of hosting the site.

Data retention

We keep submitted information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry or, for interpreter applicants, for as long as we're actively building or maintaining our roster. You can ask us to delete your information at any time — see Contact below.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing us at the address below. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
